Usage 

The website is used to sell merchandise products using the Haya Glamazon name or Glamazon name. Your data is encrypted and it will not be shared with third parties. The information you share will be encrypted when making payments. 

Payment methods

Our payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and other credit cards. When payment is taken, your credit card information will not be shared with any other third parties. 

Shipping

We offer free shipping for our merchandise bundles unless stated otherwise. We expect to use DHL for most of our shipping however if DHL is unavailable we will let you know. 

Processing Times

We reserve the right to process your order up to 7 working days after taking payment. Normal processing times will be around 3 working days before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation after payment with full information. Shipping times depend on where you are in the world; with DHL, you will get an estimate and tracking number. 

Delivery 

Delivery will be with DHL unless stated otherwise. Please note you are responsible for paying import taxes if necessary. Please check your country's rules about customs or import taxes. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts. If we are told your delivery was unsuccessful, we will make an attempt to contact you if possible to alert you to accept delivery. 

Warranty 

We make our products to the highest standard. All of the merchandise bundles are handmade unless stated otherwise. Please note that handmade items are unique and they may feature quirks that show that they are handmade. Please be aware of this when you make your order.
