We understand that there may come a time to refund a purchase and we aim to make the refund process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to get a refund, we offer a refund within 20 days from the date of purchase. You can get a refund after you have shipped the original product back to use and we will process your refund for you. 

Please note: The refund can only be transacted if you send back the original product, with the box, unused. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping to return the product in order to process the refund.
