Refund & Return Policy

If you need a refund, contact us via our contact form and we can facilitate that for you. We offer refunds for items not shipped within 20 days or items that are faulty/defective.

Returns ~ We are based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We currently offer exchanges and returns for customers in Tanzania. If you are based outside of Tanzania, we can offer you a refund instead.
